If you live in a high elevation, will the sun be more intense because of thinner air? And would a solar power generator produce more power because of this?

Yes, because at a high altitude, the sunlight would pass through a thinner atmosphere . This means that the atmosphere would scattered less energy away.

One of the most exciting things that I have heard about having solar power at your home or business is that because you remain on the electrical grid you can actually put electricity back on the grid if you do not use it all. I have heard it is even possible to make money this way. How about that you get electricity, help the earth and make some cash. Can’t beat that. Oh, also if it is cloudy and you need electricity since you are still on the grid you can get electricity from the grid. Just don’t forget to check for rebates and incentives if you decide to add solar power.
