Shaping the leading and trailing edge of the airfoil blade to create the proper higher and lower relative pressures to create “lift” on the airfoil so it will spin around the hub turning the generator motor shaft. tools used: hand held grinder, palm sander, rasp and sand paper and sanding sponges.
