  7. Tressco says:

    You guys are just awesome!

  8. 93hipgnosis says:

This is also going to impact less on birds and hopfully bats too!

  9. johnnnyreb51 says:

The catch with going green is it costs too much to set it up. When you buy on the open market. Prebuilts that you just put up and run. You want to help the earth? Cut your costs. Make going green affordable.

You guys are doing great work. I live in the South, and I’m out of the wind path most of the time. That thing may be my answer; I wonder if it would work in my part of the woods?

  11. JustWickedSwede says:

I want one! But I have no place to put it! :/

  12. thescottderrick says:

I would like to see how they are handling over-speeding in big wind? I don’t see any kind of dynamic brake anywhere?

  13. PaulCamaraAmerica says:

@dslynx Thanks for the heads up, guys. It’s because its stereo, there are two audio channels–it sounds fine if you have left and right speakers balanced. I made this one and a lot of the other videos. I will make sure to mix it down to mono from here on out. Let us know next time around if it’s all good. Thanks!

  14. dslynx says:

@OKflyboy @befreier1 , It’s a common issue with Earthship Biotecture videos, which is why I requested future videos be mixed to mono.

  15. nexokin says:

the audio level is too low indeed, in the part wirh Michael. Other than that, great stuff!!!

  16. 8DoverNJ says:

Nice work as always. So, does this mean you guys are willing to put a long warranty on it?

  17. sheilabro13 says:

Beautiful, efficient, resouceful! I love it, and I love you guys!

  18. punxsutawneybarney says:

Beautiful! Thank you so much! Also, if it is damaged after 50 years of service, somebody can salvage the framework by building a funky vertical axis rotor. On a horizontal axis machine a funky repair is unlikely to be successful.

    Also it’s bird-friendly!

  19. EternalGateway says:

Excellent achievement! the whole world needs to know about you folks!
but As long as there are greedy coperations lobbying against effective innovation and preventing these kind of infos from getting out because they make 0 $, the planet will be in greater demise. Please make conference, Speech & public demonstration, rally&educate the people, gather donations! Your genius must be heard!!

  20. OKflyboy says:

@befreier1 Yeah, it seems to be biased to the left channel for most of the video. But it varies as the video goes on…

  21. befreier1 says:

is it just me or is there a problem with the audio?

  22. toknowandgrow says:

    Yall are so fuckin beautiful!

  23. MAG315 says:

That thing is actually quite beautiful as well. Should be an idea whose time has come.

  24. TulwarKahn says:

awesome and just amazing to watch.

  25. DeSwiss says:

Vertical axis windmills allows one to step away from the electrical power grid. Horizontal axis windmills are designed to retain people onto the grid and thus under “authority’s” control. The future belongs to the independent.

You guys are doing great work!!!
