A “wind generator” is an electric fan, it generates (makes) wind.
What you want is an electric generator powered by the wind, or a wind turbine.
A small permanent magnet DC motor will work as a generator when you connect fan blades to the shaft. You need one that generates enough voltage to charge the battery, usually a few volts over the battery voltage. And you need a charge controller, and that is difficult, as it’s design depends on the battery type and voltage.
